How to Download

Prerequisites

• Valid client portal credentials
• Internet connection
• Supported web browser

Step 1: Access the Client Portal

1. Navigate to Taxwaresystems.com in your web browser
2. Locate and click the Client Portal button in the top-right corner of the page
   

Step 2: Authentication

1. Enter your login credentials in the provided fields
2. Click Login to access the portal

Step 3: Select Program Version

Once logged in, choose the appropriate program version:

• Click Current for the latest year's programs
• Click Archive for programs from previous years
  

Step 4: Download Program

1. Select the desired program from the available list
   
2. The download will begin
3. Wait for the system notification confirming the download is complete
   
   
   

   Step 5: Access Downloaded File

   You can access your downloaded file using any of the following methods:

   • Click the download notification when it appears
   • Click the download icon in the top-right corner of your browser
   • Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+J (works in most browsers) to open the downloads list
   
   

   Troubleshooting

   If you experience issues during the download process, please contact technical support.

   Additional Notes

   • Downloads may take several minutes depending on your internet connection speed
   • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with unauthorized users
